Your USCard ID is the property of USC and must be presented to university officials upon request.  It is not transferable and use may be revoked for violation of university policy.

Students, faculty, staff and affiliates are provided the first USC ID free of charge.  Replacements are $25.

To be eligible for a USC ID, you must be registered for the current academic semester or an active employee or affiliate. Faculty or staff that are also enrolled for courses will be issued a faculty/staff ID only.  Student privileges are included on your faculty/staff ID.

You may not possess more than one ID.  Upon requesting a replacement ID your existing associated services will be immediately terminated and transferred to your new ID.  You are required to surrender your current ID if you have it in your possession when picking up your replacement ID.  Please note that once a replacement ID is processed, old IDs cannot be reactivated for use.
